This is my old stomping grounds grew up on this lake since I was nine. I also bought my first boat when I was 10. It has changed and the campground is much nicer than I remember here are some pics. The campground has a very nice swimming pool

Today we decided we would try to do the drive and see Vincent's Indiana on one day. We went to the Red Skelton museum and also another one. Vincennes is a very interesting little town. The museum is interactive and a lot of fun. The George Rogers national Park is very interesting and history. It commemorates what George Rogers LED against the British. This is a very interesting part of History that we knew nothing about and it ties in with the battle at put in Bay.

This is one of the nicest corps of engineer campgrounds I've ever seen full hookup with our seniors discount only $12 a night. Becky's hanging out with Mr ranger We're going to take kind of a day off tomorrow and do very little.

This was probably the rainest day on the trip so far. Let's go right here Nice campsite right on the Arkansas River. We have mayflies here in fact this is only two of thousands that were on the camper. We were able to go for a bike ride on an extremely nice trail that crosses some water Met this family that didn't say much that was also on the bike trail. You can see the rain coming. On our way back to the car it started raining hard and we look to the right and there was a shelter so we stayed there for about 15 minutes until it stopped. The rain glistened through the pines We have been here before and wanted to climb Pinnacle mountain and the weather was not good to do that so we'll have to come back.

This is out of order this was before lake Belton. This is our third time to Carlsbad and every time it's breathtaking. The pictures below do not begin to show what it looks like. It takes you 45 minutes to walk down 66 switchbacks to get to the large room. Then the large room is about an hour and a half walk around it. Everything is gigantic.
