Gulf shores

We had some bad news that really turned out good. We were coming into a town and someone came around us flashing their lights. They told us that something was wrong with the trailer tire. We changed it with the spare then called a Goodyear tire store in Pensacola, 50 miles ahead. We got there and we left with a new tire in about 30 minutes.

Golf Shores is one of our favorite campsites. It is huge, but it has everything. Beach, swimming pool, many many miles of bike trails. We rode 17 miles yesterday and have not done them all. Also, they support Geocaching. The pictures below are some of the sights.

We also, at the the Original Oyster House in Gulf Shores, lunch was great and price was reasonable.

  1. Looks like a fun place. On the other hand, tire situation seemed a little scary

  2. Had to put 6 new Michelin tires on the motor home this year...only had 8600 miles but they timed out , the 7 year rule.
    Have fun and stay safe.
