East harbor State Park and preparing Mast confusion


We're spent 4 days at East harbor prepping the boat for lunch here are some of the pics of both East harbor and mast confusion.







Our new car has done very well and this is a pic of the speedometer it shows the mileage on the car and the miles per gallon for the whole trip and the second picture shows how many miles it actually pulled our travel trailer.

    Glad you made it home you got much better gas mileage than we did! Our trips were about the same distance.

This was probably the rainest day on the trip so far. Let's go right here Nice campsite right on the Arkansas River. We have mayflies here in fact this is only two of thousands that were on the camper. We were able to go for a bike ride on an extremely nice trail that crosses some water Met this family that didn't say much that was also on the bike trail. You can see the rain coming. On our way back to the car it started raining hard and we look to the right and there was a shelter so we stayed there for about 15 minutes until it stopped. The rain glistened through the pines We have been here before and wanted to climb Pinnacle mountain and the weather was not good to do that so we'll have to come back.

April 29th Vicksburg Mississippi

We traveled about 5 hours to get to Vicksburg Mississippi, the site of a major battle in the civil war. We are camping at Ameristar casino campground a nice campground. We had to support the local casino so Becky put in a dollar and within 10 minutes it was gone

Lake Belton with family

We we're at lake Belton for 3 days with Jason and Jodi's family. We had a great time good weather and lots of food. Here are some of the pics.
